Job Purpose: · To work with the Federation Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in providing professional leadership and management for the staff in order to maintain the high quality and standard of teaching and learning in the school· To work with the Federation Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in maintaining standards of care for the children, taking a lead on agreed aspects, such as safeguarding, absence, educational visits, behaviour· To work with the Federation Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in developing an engaging curriculum and developing an appropriate educational visits plan· To teach a mixed-age class of children, providing for their learning needs, motivation, day-to day care, assessment, and reporting to parents· To work alongside staff to provide an engaging and inspirational learning environment throughout the school The School Antingham & Southrepps is a village school set in the beautiful village of Southrepps, which is an easy commute to Norwich from Gunton Station.
