Fostering Recruitment OfficerFostering Recruitment OfficerJob DescriptionBrent Council are looking for a Fostering Recruitment Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creative multimedia marketing and publicity campaigns to increase the recruitment of Foster carers in Brent.The Fostering Recruitment Officer will be required to collate and manage information about the needs of looked after children in Brent and the types of carers needed to inform the recruitment strategy. They will also be responsible for developing and sustaining effective professional relationships, identifying and driving existing and new marketing initiatives, and managing performance to deliver agreed results and meet agreed deadlines.Key Responsibilities Manage creative multimedia marketing and publicity campaigns to increase the recruitment of Foster carers in BrentCollate and manage information about the needs of looked after children in Brent and the types of carers needed to inform the recruitment strategyDevelop and sustain effective professional relationshipsIdentify and drive existing and new marketing initiativesManage performance to deliver agreed results and meet agreed deadlinesUse Microsoft Packages and other image/video editing softwareCollate data management informationWork with the public, especially ethnic minority communitiesDevelop and operate effective Quality Assurance proceduresManage information systems and related I.T. functions Requirements Educated to degree level or equivalentKnowledge of issues related to fostering marketing and recruitmentKnowledge of digital marketing practicesSignificant experience in selling, marketing including digital marketing, promotion and recruitment activitiesExperience of work within marketing, communications and/or public relations organisations Job Details Job Title: Fostering Recruitment OfficerJob Type: Fixed-Term Contract 12 Months covering maternitySalary: £39,264Location: BrentStart Date: ASAP If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV
