You will ensure our fleet is prepared for deployment to meet our high standards, working alongside our existing team to deliver top-quality traffic management solutions throughout the UK About You: We're looking for dynamic individuals committed to quality and customer satisfaction. The Responsibilities: Manage hire fleet stock levels and communicate requirements. Prepare fleet for deployment in a timely manner. Repair and refurbish fleet hire equipment. Maintain and service fleet upon return, documenting damages accurately. Complete all documentation related to daily activities, stock, and fleet preparation. Flexibility to travel to different sites as required. Collaborate with commercial and service teams to meet customer and business needs. Conduct customer visits for maintenance and support as necessary. The Key Skills: Good communication skills. Ability to maintain customer relations. Knowledge of traffic signal products. Highways maintenance/installation experience. Health & safety assessments for site working. Flexible attitude.
