FAMILY LAWYER, 5:10 years' PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY GBP 50,000: GBP 75,000 DOE. A specialist family law firm seeks a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5:10 years' PQE to join its well:established high street practice. This is a permanent, full:time role with a focus on financial remedy matters.Job reference: This is the perfect role for you if:- you have experience of managing your own files and you are able to take over an existing caseload;- you have handled a range of family law matters including divorce and separation, child arrangements and cohabitation;- you have expertise in financial remedy on divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships, and resolving financial disputes on separation when parties are cohabitees; and- you have advocacy experience.
