Vacancy for the post of Facilities Manager SALARY: £29,269 - £32,076 per annum PLACE OF WORK: The Costessey Centre, Costessey, Norfolk, NR8 5AH HOURS OF WORK: Full time - 37 hours per week, Monday -Friday (ability to cover evenings and weekends when required - time off in lieu is given as part of the working week). ALLOWANCES: Essential car user allowance / use of own vehicle. REPORTS TO: Operations Manager (see attached organisation chart) BENEFITS: Generous annual leave package –23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays a year. Free workplace car parking at all sites. Exciting Opportunity for a Facilities Management Professional to work in Local Government! We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organised and able to optimise the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and excellent efficiency can set you apart from our candidate pool.
