This includes but is not limited to, managing correspondence, preparing reports, organising meetings, and contributing to project management activities. The role demands a high level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support services to the Managing Director that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organisation as a whole.Contribute to the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved.Coordinate communication and facilitate crucial meetings and appointments.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
