We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Newham to assist with the appointment of a Private Sector Housing / Environmental Health Officer , on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £32.48 - £40.42 per Hour Responsibilities: Private Sector Housing Officer/Environmental Health Officer will carry out HMO inspections, investigate failure to licence cases and taking enforcement action as necessary. Postholder will be expected to take part in early morning multi-agency visits and be on a duty rota. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
