eCommerce Manager London (Hybrid Working)Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)Full Time Grade 4 The role is accountable for the online performance of a specific sub:category. As an eCommerce Manager, you will maximise the online commercial performance of said category using a variety of data sources including web analytics data on traffic, conversion and order value to drive insights, actions and measurable improvements. You will work closely with commercial squads, marketing and other ecommerce colleagues to drive the category performance in line with the strategy. You will represent eCommerce in relevant internal and external meetings and will influence and challenge key senior stakeholders through actionable insight to drive improvements to online metrics. Key Responsibilities: :Delivering growth vs budget and market share growth:Reviewing and reforecasting online sales, highlighting risks and opportunities:Sharing insight to help key stakeholders understand online performance and shape the strategy based on this. These include, but are not limited to, traffic, conversion and AOV:Managethe planning, execution and subsequent performance of all things digital relating to your category, particularly promotions:Engage with the traffic acquisition teams to ensure quantity and quality of traffic are optimised:Collaborate with the product and UX teams to deliver improvements that maximise customer experience, NPS and, ultimately, trading performance, for your category:Management of an assistant trading manager; supporting their development through clear direction, feedback and support. Leading by example and creating an inclusive culture:Support the wider trading team as required, attending meetings, taking on additional ad hoc projects in line with the needs of the business Required Skills and Experience: :Proven experience and appropriate transferrable skills within ecommerce:Strong commercial acumen and ability to exploit data; creating insights and transforming them into action:Personable; good stakeholder management and presentation skills, particularly at a senior level:Strong organisational and prioritisation skills even when faced with tight deadlines:Pro:active and results:driven mentality:Exceptional attention to detail:Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint:Experience with web analytics, ideally omniture We're one team and we celebrate all of the great things you do.
