You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring consistently high standards are met. You will be responsible for: Processing & uploading orders, using SAP and Excel Communicating with customers on the telephone; regarding orders, delivery information, customer queries and managing customer accounts Providing administrative support to the sales team Liaising with the purchasing, transport & accounts/credit control departments Candidates applying should have some previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.You should also have the ability to solve problems, work well alone or as part of a team and have a really proactive and motivated approach to your work and career moving forward.As part of this role, you will speak with customers over the phone and email hence, a friendly, confident and helpful manner is key in this position.
