Client Service Relationship Manager
The Role We are currently looking for a Client Service Relationship Manager to join our Product Service Management team focusing on the end to end client background for our SaaS customer acquisitions solution. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance between coordinating and delivering small projects and providing gold star service management support. From the moment the client deal is signed you will be taking the client on their onboarding journey on to our new SaaS customer acquisition platform, building the initial relationships with the client and taking them through to BAU where you will continue to be their point of contact throughout their Service life cycle. Building your portfolio of clients you will have the opportunity to shape the client background from a regional perspective as well as being a key contributor to internal Global teams to drive core improvements. Could this role be for you ? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the client background and a strong will to succeed. In a role that will utilise and test a wide range of skills which will include project delivery & service management along with opportunities to identify and drive continuous improvement as the current client base scales up in size. You will be the 'Voice of the customer & product' by advising and influencing internal stakeholders at all levels regarding the delivery, availability and functionality of services provided by the product. You will have background of working within an ITIL led organisation and be comfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business. Though not essential, previous background of working within the financial sector would be advantageous and an appreciation of the difference between larger clients and fintechs as your client portfolio is likely to include those from a variety of sectors.
