The role benefits from hybrid working with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office to work alongside the excellent team. About youA degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of four years’ experience post qualification. You will have extensive experience in planning, implementing, and reviewing care plans. In addition, you will have experience of carrying out assessments of service users’ needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures.A valid driving license and access to a car is essential for this role.
