Company Name: Zero London Job Title: CAD Developer (6 Month) Roles, Responsibilities and Daily Tasks: Listed in order of importance: Creation of design tools for CAD/CAM software Providing key technical CAD/CAM knowledge to existing developer team Time management/ providing estimates of individual tasks and projects to team lead Reporting progress to team 3+ per week Essential Technical Skills: Include the minimum number of years of experience with each skill (eg. React, 3 years) and list in order of importance: 3+ years experience with React, Java, C++/C# Understanding of AWS services (ideal) Experience in CAD/CAM systems and browser based app delivery What is the % split between Front-end and Back-end work? (If not relevant please ignore) Essential Experience: Technical skills aside, what are the main things you are looking for when hiring for this role? Experience in development of online CAD/CAM platforms/apps Initiative in problem solving Supporting a small but growing team Key Question: From a technical and business perspective, what does success look like for this hire? Able to solve the key knowledge gaps in our current team- that being the absence of CAD/CAM-specific experience and knowledge in tool development for our ongoing project. Desired Experience and Skills: Experience in CAD/CAM software dev (Fashion design-specific is an advantage) Experience in AWS, React and C++/C# preferred Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ preferred but not essential for right fit.
