We are seeking a qualified and experienced building control surveyor who are Class 3 Registered by the Building Safety Regulator.Building Plan Checker 6 months on-going contract, Inside IR35Manchester About the roleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced building control surveyor who are Class 3 Registered by the Building Safety Regulator. They must have experience of and be capable of plan checking complex building projects and high-rise residential schemes as well as general schemes for compliance with the Building Regulations and preferably with experience of safety at sports ground projects. The role will undertake the role independently with minimal supervision from the team at Manchester. The surveyors will work remotely with the potential to be office based if they prefer.
