My client is a boutique recruitment company who specialise in placing high value candidates into companies across the UK. As the demand for their services now increases they are looking to expand further and hire an experienced interim recruiter who can work closely with the MD to develop the business further.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small business where you will play an integral role to the future of the business and in turn be rewarded greatly through the commission and equity schemes in place for the key founding members.
The role will be new business focused with a strong emphasis on repeat business and excellent long term client relationships. The successful person will need to be self-managed and be able to drive their own performance as well as the performance in others. A strong entrepreneurial mind with excellent commercial acumen is also essential.
What are they looking for?
• Ability to demonstrate 12 months consistent revenue generation
• Interim/contract recruitment background
• Any experience of placing project/programme management level candidates would be highly desirable
• Strong ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
• Interested in being integral to building the business
What is on offer?
• Opportunity to be a founding member of the business
• Up to £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience
• High commission scheme – up to 30%
• Existing business to work on
• Equity/Shares in the company
