We are a well established independent Estate Agency based in the Docklands and are looking to expand our team of negotiators, If you possess area knowledge of the docklands area and surrounds then this position will be advantageous however if you are experienced within the property sector and are looking to join a forward thinking and really slick outfit then I would love to hear from you. Only experienced estate agents need apply.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 12 month’s residential property valuation experience
- Must have knowledge of the sales & lettings process
- Must be able to conduct own admin duties
- Must have a clean UK driving license
- Must be able to win instructions
- ARLA/NAEA qualification will be useful
Benefits:
- £18,000.00 per annum, rising to £20,000 after the probation (first 3 months)
- 2.5% commission on all instructions valued, once let/sold
