We are a well established independent Estate Agency based in the Docklands and are looking to expand our team of negotiators, If you possess area knowledge of the docklands area and surrounds then this position will be advantageous however if you are experienced within the property sector and are looking to join a forward thinking and really slick outfit then I would love to hear from you. Only experienced estate agents need apply.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 9 month’s residential property lettings experience
- Must have knowledge of the lettings process
- Must be able to conduct own admin duties
- Must have a clean UK driving license
- Must be able to conduct valuations
- Must be able to win instructions
- Must be able to market properties and generate leads
- ARLA/NAEA qualification will be useful
Benefits:
- £13,000.00 per annum, rising to £14,000 after the probation (first 3 months)
