A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join the contract division in their Manchester office.
The company have the highest retention in Manchester with only a 6% turnover of staff in 2012 and a period of demanding economic circumstance. They have achieved this by offering people a non KPI focused environment, freedom to build their desks with their own approach, access to the highest levels of support and a brand name that can boast of being on PSL’s for over 20 years.
The company have a well established contract division and have a very strong track record of delivering exceptional results for their clients. The business have a mixture of both high volume accounts and niche sme clients within their portfolio and looking for a contract recruiter who can come on board and further leverage new clients and new contacts in which to place IT contractors.
The management team are very hands on in building new client accounts coupled with a bids and tender team that will support you in winning target clients. This is a high performing environment where the top biller in 2011 billed £330,000.
What they are looking for?
• Ability to demonstrate 12 months of consistent figures
• Strong client development skills
• Ability to effectively account manage clients
• Experienced in managing the full recruitment life cycle
• Interested in working in a non micro-managed environment
• Strong team player
