An opportunity has arisen for a Commodities Recruitment Consultant to join a highly regarded international executive search firm focusing purely on Commodities. The firm employs 50 people across London, Singapore and New York.
My client works with the worlds leading Commodity Trading Houses, Investment Banks and Utility Companies on both contingent and retained assignments. They have advanced plans to expand their offices globally and are currently seeking individuals with experience from either Commodities or Banking/Financial Services recruitment to join their City offices.
The average biller within the company bills circa £230,000 and they have a structured career path giving you the opportunity to become Senior Consultant within 6 months, build a team within 9 months, the opportunity to work overseas and provide on-going professional and leadership training.
What are they looking for:
• 6 months plus experience within Commodities or Banking/Financial Services recruitment, however all experience will be considered
• Consistent billing record
• Excellent client and candidate relationships
What they have to offer:
• Up to £30,000 base
• Strong 40% commission structure
• Structured career progression with the opportunity to become Senior Consultant in 6 months
• Opportunity to work overseas either in Singapore or New York
