Employment Lawyer/Experienced Paralegal Tamworth A well-established yet growing regional law firm are seeking an Employment Lawyer or an experienced Paralegal to join their established and expanding Employment Department in Tamworth. This practice boasts a strong client base across the local area and the West Midlands, ensuring a steady and varied stream of casework.This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and provide quality legal services, acting for both claimants and respondents. The role offers the opportunity to take on a variety of work, including: - Settlement agreements - Redundancy matters - Business reorganizations - Unfair dismissal claims - Equality and discrimination claims - Absence management - Restrictive covenants - Contracts, policies, and handbooks Requirements - Minimum of two years experience working with both respondents and claimants. - Newly qualified lawyers with relevant experience will also be considered. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
