General Manager – Restaurant GroupLocation: Chicago, ILSalary: 80,000 - 90,000Our client is a growing restaurant group that is known for its unique atmosphere, inventive menus, and acclaimed cocktail programs. They are expanding and are seeking a general manager to help oversee one of their concept’s operations.Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective resource allocation and revenue generation.Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for business growth.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior management role in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dylan todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
