Restaurant General Manager – Luxury HotelSalary: 100,000 - 130,000Location: Chicago, ILMy client is a luxury hotel with pristine locations around the globe. For their Chicago location, they are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team and over see all FOH and BOH operations while maintaining an upscale dining experience for the guests.Responsibilities:Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experienceAssist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environmentPromptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfactionAssist with the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goalsMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customersKey Requirements: 2+ years General Manager restaurant experience, preferably in a luxury hotelConfident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skillsSolid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimizationGenuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customersIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
