Within this Litigation Solicitor role, you will be undertaking Fee Earning duties including: Handling your own varied caseload of Commercial and Civil Litigation matters from inception to completionPreparing witness statementsNegotiating settlementsSupporting the head of DepartmentTaking part in Business Development InitiativesBuilding and maintaining a Litigation focused client base The successful candidate for this Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have at least 2+ years PQE, is wanting to establish themselves in a close-knit team and able to handle their own matters with minimal supervision, in a timely manner.
