They are looking for a Deputy Manager, overseeing an amazing provision in Gwynedd, for their Children's service for those with Emotional Behavioural Disorders and Challenging Behaviours. About youYou will have an empathic understanding of the nature of the task, and an ability to communicate effectively with Parents, young people, work colleagues and outside stakeholders.You must also have proven skills of communication with children and young people in the care system.
