Job title: Human Resources Officer Salary: Circa A GBP 30,000 Location: Wolverhampton Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays Are you an experienced Human Resources Professional, looking for an exciting new opportunity ? Would you like to join an established, successful, market leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton ? The Role: Reporting directly to the businesses CEO, you will be responsible for the management of all HR Functions, with the support of an external HR Consultancy business. Duties will include: * Recruitment : placing adverts for live vacancies, providing contracts for any hires once successfully interviewed by the line manager.* Disciplinary : carrying out the necessary process, ensuring policies are followed and relevant paperwork is completed.* Absence Management : overseeing Return To Work process carried out by line managers.* Internal Audit : carry out periodical audits of all HR paperwork and processes, including relevant Right To Work, Contract, Employee Personal Detail documentations.* Oversee HR function for 150 permanent staff, with an additional flexible temp workforce to cover busy periods The Successful Candidate: * Will be qualified to minimum Level 3 CIPD* Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in a similar role* Show ability to work in a fast paced office environment* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills* Have strong IT Skills, including all Microsoft Software Packages In Return: * An excellent salary, negotiable depending on experience* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays* Contributory pension Closing date 21.06.2024 Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client. please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or to By applying for the above position and providing your personal data to us you understand that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
