Job title: Maintenance Engineer : Electrically Biased Salary: A GBP 39,300 Plus Overtime Location: Port Talbot Holiday: 33 Days Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer, fully electrical or electrically biased and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Would you like to join an established, multi:site, successful manufacturing business based at its Part Talbot facility? The Role: As the Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing breakdown cover to keep a busy, fast paced manufacturing plant running through the shift. Duties will include: * Reactive maintenance of up to 15 production machines* Liaise with other key stakeholders* Fault find* Carry out running repairs to ensure shift productivity is not affected, whilst further additional repairs are planned The Successful Candidate: * Qualification in relevant electrical engineering* Ideally time served apprenticeship* Minimum of 3 years, recent experience in a similar fast paced production environment* Some mechanical maintenance experience and ability* Able to fault find and carry out necessary repairs* Able to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings Hours Of Work: Panama shift pattern * 6am to 6pm : 2 days, then 2 days off* 6pm to 6am : 2 days, then 2 days off* 6am to 6pm : 3 days, then 3 days off* 6pm to 6am : 3 days, then 3 days off* Repeat the above In Return: * Salary A GBP 39,300 plus overtime paid at x 1A and x 2* 33 days holiday* Sickness pay scheme* Nest pension scheme* Death in service life insurance cover* Ongoing training opportunities : additional qualifications etc Closing date 21.06.2024 Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client. please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or to By applying for the above position and providing your personal data to us you understand that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
