Service Coordinator Location: Exeter Salary: GBP 31,000 (OTE GBP 35,000) Rota: Monday : Friday : DAYS : 39.5hrs My client, a forklift company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Service Coordinator. As aService Coordinator Supportyou will work cross:functionally within the Customer Service Team, this will primarily include the day:to:day communications with their customers to provide the 'face' of the company What we can offer the Service Coordinator: Competitive salary based on experience39.5 hour working week, generally , Mon:Thursday and on Fridays, including hybrid workingAnnual 10 bonus25 days annual leaveCompany pension scheme What the Service Coordinator can expect: Buddy support system in placeCompany laptopHybrid Working Who are we looking for?To be considered for this role, you will need experience in at least one of the following areas: : Customer Service : SAP System Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential. You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.
