Your Job As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the account management of INVISTA's non-strategic fibres accounts in Europe. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching the available markets, developing account plans and negotiating price and volumes. Our Team Innovation you can count on . What You Will Do * Work closely with the European Business Directors, New Business Development, Technical Marketing, End-use Applications Engineering, and key Plant Personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of target accounts. * Drive growth by capturing insights and developing problem statements to update market points of view and understanding market value dynamics. * Retention and expansion of accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization. * Maintain extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape including direct and indirect competition. * Provide direct account management and resource coordination * Proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability of accounts leveraging economic thinking * Lead cross functional product development teams to address particular opportunities at customers * Manage relationships and interfaces on suitability, service and quality between INVISTA and customers * Work with a sense curiosity and creativity to identify opportunity and to deliver results. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Two years of sales experience * Looking to take full ownership of customer accounts. * Flourish within our Principle-Based Management® culture. * Economic and Financial Analysis Experience (Analytical Skills) * Excellent negotiation skills * An effective speaker and writer who can communicate effectively with both internal client management and external client groups.
