Renowned for their expertise in Stress at Work claims, they are seeking an individual who shares their commitment to delivering exceptional client service while addressing mental health needs with empathy and understanding. About Us: My client is dedicated to providing professional yet personalized legal services, placing clients' needs at the forefront of their practice. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a varied caseload of Stress at Work claims, with potential involvement in other psychiatric illness matters. - Handle complex multi-track personal injury cases stemming from stress at work, under supervision. - Undertake fee-earning tasks, contributing to the firm's profitability. Essential Experience: - Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years' fee-earning experience. - At least 2 years of experience in litigated personal injury cases, including Industrial Disease and/or Clinical Negligence. Desired Experience: - Familiarity with Employment Tribunal cases or a solid understanding of employment law. - Experience working with vulnerable clients. - Proficiency in using the Proclaim case management system.
