You will be working on a 1-to-1 basis with the child at the home, creating activities and resources with the oversight and direction of the Lead Tutor. You will be working on a 1-to-1 basis with the child at the home, creating activities and resources with the oversight and direction of the Lead Tutor.Responsibilities: Working with the pupil on a 1-to-1 basisReport writing and note takingInnovatively engage difficult to reach young people through their interests and create activities and resources with the oversight and direction of the Lead Tutor Requirements of this role: Experience working with pupils who have a high-level anxiety – Social anxiety and history of panic attacks.Driving licence and ability to travel as and when the job requires - essentialThe candidate should feel confident to collect educational attainment evidence from 1-1 sessions as directed by the Lead Tutor.The ability to work with a wide range of professionals and deliver provision as directed from reports.An excellent understanding of safeguarding and the willingness to be a safeguarding adult within the home. Desirable but not essential for this role: Experience working with a service dogExperience working in a self directed education environment.An understanding of EOTAS packagesAptitude working within NCFE framework.
