We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our food production machinery.Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform planned preventive maintenance PPM on various food production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.Breakdown Response: Quickly and effectively respond to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing and rectifying issues to restore operations promptly.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to equipment performance and reliability.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Working Hours: Shift Pattern: 2s and 3s days and nights rotating shifts Qualifications and Skills: Engineering Discipline: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of food production machinery and maintenance practices.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
