JOB REF: 5949 JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Lawyer EXPERIENCE: 2 + yearsLOCATION: Greater ManchesterSALARY: on application -Due to the continued growth in the Court of Protection team, the firm are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join them and manage new deputyships from receipt of deputy appointment Order -The appointed candidate will be managing a diverse caseload that includes deputyships and personal injury trusts stemming from personal injury or clinical negligence claims, both before and after settlement, as well as deputyships appointed by the OPG panel and local authority. -In this position, youll receive support as part of a sub:team within the larger department.
