Job Title: Electrical Shift Maintenance EngineerLocation:SW LondonPay: GBP 25.00 per hourStart Date: ASAP We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a Days only shift pattern covering 19 buildings (all within a small area) in the SW London area. Responsibilities: : Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and repairs. (Experience working with inverters would be desirable) : Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. : Experience in working with LV Circuits, 230/415v, Lighting and Power, BMS : HVAC Experience would be advantageous : Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations. : Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Working Hours: : 1st week (Saturday and Sunday): 08:00:16:00 : 1st week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday): 07:00:19:00 : 2nd week (Wednesday and Thursday): 07:00:19:00 Interview Process: : Temporary:to:permanent opportunity. : 30:minute on:site face:to:face interview. : Immediate start as a temp (no set time before going permanent). Requirements: : Level 3 Electrical installations and 18th Edition. : Minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical engineering maintenance. : Deep knowledge of electrical systems. : Proficiency in using electrical measurement devices. : Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics. : Experience with fault finding and diagnostics. : Familiarity with reading electrical drawings. Preferred Qualifications: : City and Guilds 2391 certification.
