Job Details: Salary range: GBP 55,446 : GBP 58,407 per annumWork location: 145 King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9XYHours per week: 36.00Contract type: Temporary for 12 monthsClosing date: 31 May 2024 About the role Join our dynamic team in Digital Services, as we launch the Tech:tonic 2 programme aimed at modernising and replacing laptops and desktop computers across the organisation. Reporting to the Programme Manager the Change Manager position is part of the programme team. You will be responsible for leading and managing the change management workstream, engaging with stakeholders and end users across the council to support the programme's schedule of delivery and installation of devices. Other responsibilities of the role also include: : Develop and implement change management strategies to support Programme initiatives : Assess the impact of teams and stakeholders and assess business and user readiness : Help support and deliver the Programmes communications plan to ensure stakeholders are informed : Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives : Collaborate with cross:functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts : Continually seek opportunities for improvement and refining change management practices in the programme based on feedback and lessons learned If you have excellent change management and stakeholder management skills and come with a track record of successful project delivery, then this is the right role for you.
