This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with a strong quantity surveying background within construction.Salary: £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience + A yearly performance bonus.This is a permanent position, offering stability and genuine progression opportunity.Responsibilties Project cost control and management BOQ preperationsLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersAttend meetings with supply chain and internal teamsCommercial management of projects valued up to £1.5MPreparing and analyzing costings for tendersEvaluating sub contractor quotes A batchelors degree is advantegous.
