The role will entail undertaking title investigations, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and dealing with contract exchanges. THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have 5+ years' PQE and have previous experience within a busy conveyancing team. You should be confident in managing your own caseload and demonstrate ability to generate new business for the department. Familiarity with Lexel accreditation is highly desirable : including file reviews, procedures for case/file management, and corrective actions.
