As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be based in one of the firms regional offices in Birmingham and will have the opportunity to have a great work life balance, a wide and varied caseload and the opportunity to work with a genuinely lovely group of people. or register your interest Penny on 454 or email: responsibilities:- Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions- Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Staying up:to:date with changes in legislation and industry trends To excel in this role, you will need:- Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law- A strong academic background in law- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- A proactive and solution:oriented approach- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
