You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it. It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW. A valid Social Work England registration is required. Full UK driving license is preferred.About the teamThe ideal candidate will be working as a bridge between housing and social care. You will identify clients within housing who have care needs. Clients are to be referred over to social care for further assessment. This is a unique opportunity, and you will be stationed within the housing department.
