Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Bidford Upon AvonSalary: up to A GBP 40kPermanent Are you a Vehicle Technician looking for a new challenge? Join a fantastic Vehicle Technician team in a family run company based in Bidford Upon Avon, on a permanent basis. You will be safely preparing customer cars for their journey ahead, whilst working on a range of manufacturers and models, developing your skills and staying up to date with the latest vehicle technology You will secure a full:time position working Monday to Friday with a rewarding salary in return for your skillset and passion Key roles and responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician * You will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.* Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.* Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards.* Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer:based diagnostic equipment.* Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects.* Working closely with other members of the workshop team.* Road testing vehicles to check repairs. What were looking for in the ideal Vehicle Technician * Previous working experience in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician.* Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.* As a minimum you will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.* MOT License would also be beneficial but not essential.* Full UK Driving licence.
