MOT TesterLocation: Bidford Upon AvonSalary: up to A GBP 40kPermanent Are you an MOT Tester looking for a new challenge? Join a fantastic team for a family run company based in Bidford Upon Avon, on a permanent basis. You will be safely conducting MOT inspections, issuing MOT documentation and ensuring compliance with the MOT certification process, whilst working on a range of manufacturers and models, developing your skills and staying up to date with the latest vehicle technology You will secure a full:time position working Monday to Friday and a rewarding salary in return for your skillset and passion Key roles and responsibilities for the MOT Tester: * Conducting MOT Tests* Perform thorough inspections of vehicles, including brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, and emissions.* Identify, report and rectify any faults accurately.* To work within DVSA framework.* Maintain accurate records of test results.* Perform servicing and maintenance of vehicles when required.* Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects.* Working closely with other members of the workshop team What were looking for in the ideal MOT Tester: * Previous working experience in the Automotive sector as an MOT Tester* Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.* Valid MOT Tester Qualification* As a minimum you will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.* Full UK Driving licence.
