We are excited to be working with a fantastic client based in the stunning Lake District, supporting them with their company's continual growth. We are looking to speak with an experienced and community focussed General Manager for a fantastic 7 Bedroom Inn nearby to Penrith. The right candidate will be a hands:on leader who is capable of managing a small team in a thriving community business with consistent footfall from locals and tourists alike. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experienced General Manager ideally generating from a similar style of venue.- Friendly, personable and has a genuine interest in forging strong links with the local community.- Customer Service Champion : capable of delivering great service and leading from the front. - Excellent financial knowledge : stocks, P and L's etc.- Keen eye for detail, highly organised and driven to succeed. Role Responsibilities: - Oversee all operations of the business, including team development, stocks, driving sales and guest service. - Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the site, identifying areas for improvement. - Communicate and coordinate effectively with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure service is flawless. - Build and develop relationships with customers. - Handle any guest queries and complaints in a productive manner. - Continually oversee all aspects of the business.
