Chef de Partie Up to A GBP 35,000 per annum Location: London Are you a passionate chef with a flair for creativity and a drive for excellence? Were searching for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a dynamic team in central London. In this role, youll play a crucial part in a bustling kitchen environment, working alongside talented culinary professionals and contributing to the success of a renowned studio. Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve dishes across various menus, ensuring consistency and quality.* Lead the service of allocated sections under the supervision of senior chefs.* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.* Monitor stock levels, conduct weekly compliance checks, and assist with deep cleans.* Support and train junior kitchen staff as needed.* Maintain flexibility with hours, shifts, and locations to meet business needs. Skills: * Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.* Proficiency in baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
