As a Private Client Partner, your main duties may include: Preparation of client willsInheritance tax mitigationLifetime trustsAdministration of estates and trustsPreparing and registering Lasting Power of AttorneyApplication to the Court of ProtectionActing as a senior member of a large team, working with and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegalsBusiness development initiatives The successful candidate will ideally be STEP qualified, is well organised, has excellent client care, communication and time management skills and can work well as part of a team.
