The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate a minimum of 1 years' experience supporting fee earners on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.Our client, a leading Yorkshire law firm, are recruiting for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their team in Morley. The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate a minimum of 1 years’ experience supporting fee earners on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.Responsibilities: Supporting a fee earner on a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases and remortgage cases.Taking new instructions and preparing property searches.Corresponding with clients and third parties.Ensuring files are kept up to date.Assisting with exchanges and completions.Post completion formalities.
