Who are you working with? Talent Chief is proud to be working with London-based recruitment agency that specialises in Office and professional services recruitment. They have a network of offices across the UK and are in the process of building out the London team. Long-established with a great client and candidate based, alongside a host of perks for the right recruiter to join them, we're excited to help them continue their story. What do they want? The company currently has two desks available within the above sector - one within temp recruitment and one within permanent hires. The temp desk has been long established and will involve managing and building the current clients, alongside finding new ones to work with. The other desk will see the successful applicant join an existing, high-performing team and build their own desk from the ground up, all the while reaping the benefits that typically come with the sector.They have the right setup for someone who wants to take a giant leap in their career, along with experiencing the rewards that our sector can offer if successful. What is the job? You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as check in with them periodically to make sure they're happy.You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability. So, what skills do I need? Previous experience in 360 recruitment within an agency Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised A strong network presence pre-existing Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills A team player Computer-literate Bonus: Experience within the HR/Office or Professional Services What's in it for me?
