As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Professional Sales Director by providing high-level financial analysis of both existing and potential opportunities. Committed to meeting customers' needs while driving growth and sustainability.Key Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner Develop and administer monthly forecasts with the Professional sales teamSchedule and lead monthly meetings with Professional Sales Managers to discuss financial performanceProvide detailed Profit Center reports and product gross margin analysisEnsure accuracy of daily, weekly, and month-end sales and margin reportsMaintain the Professional Growth Strategy dashboard and conduct monthly analysis of top customersManage quarterly and annual rebate provisions and facilitate rebate meetings with the sales teamSupport production of quarterly and annual commission and bonus reportsOversee the budget process and support business investment requests and appraisalsCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting Experience, attributes and skills required for the Finance Business Partner CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or part qualifiedUnderstanding of accounting principles and postingsThorough understanding of sales & margin, profit centres, and commercial opportunitiesWorking in a commercially focused Finance departmentAdvanced Excel, Google Sheets knowledgeCommunicative, confident team player, attention to detail, analytical, proactiveDesire to continually implement improvements What’s in it for YouThis is a great opportunity to join a market leader, who offers a collaborative culture and progression opportunities.
