Located just minutes from Central London, we offer an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients.Responsibilities: Independently manage a diverse caseload of patients with specialized palliative care needs.Conduct thorough assessments and implement tailored occupational therapy interventions for individuals with life-limiting illnesses.Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement.Continuously evaluate and adjust therapy interventions to address evolving patient needs.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying sensitive information with empathy.Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to enhance symptom management and improve patients' overall quality of life. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Science BSc degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC for physiotherapy.Evidence of ongoing professional development post-graduation.Membership in a relevant specialist interest group.Demonstrated expertise acquired through post-graduate physiotherapy training.Previous experience in inpatient and rehabilitation settings, such as oncology or respiratory care.Proficient clinical reasoning skills for managing complex patient cases.Specialized knowledge in assessing and treating patients with complex conditions.
