The Role: As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with the senior team on a variety of medium to large-scale mixed-use and residential projects starting from RIBA stage 4. Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate detailed drawing packages. Work in accordance with the client's specifications and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate effectively with other design consultants. Ensure projects meet all technical standards and client expectations. Requirements: Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist or in a similar role. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the UK. In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC / LABC Warranty Guidance, and Housing Standards. Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit. Technical skills developed across a variety of medium to large-scale projects. Skilled in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Office. Background in residential, education, and mixed-use projects would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
