You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This hospital offers purpose-built services with medium secure, low secure, and both locked and open rehabilitation opportunities. They offer a range of specialist recovery pathways, all at one site To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorderDeveloping therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagementFollowing all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practiceContributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Excellent team working skillsA high level of self-motivationA flexible approachA commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practiceThe drive to continually push your own personal learning and developmentA relevant nursing qualification and registrationAble to show a can-do attitude always The successful Nurse for this position will be offered an excellent salary of £30,182 - £37,189.69 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
