Asset Support Apprentice Salary: GBP 23,000 + Annual bonus Location: Exeter Shift: Monday : Friday : 39.5hrs : Hybrid working We are currently looking for an Asset Apprentice to join a team at the Head Office in Exeter. Asset Support Apprentice Main Duties As anAsset Apprenticeyou will offer full administration support to the Asset Controller and Short:Term Rental Team by ensuring we manage the stock records, update sales channels and data cleanse the stock records. Learning various aspects of Asset Management and taking on associated projects to maximise returns from the fleet. Shadow cover for Asset Controller to fulfil key tasks when required. Interaction with other departments to ensure our equipment is inspected, stored, and prepared in a suitable and timely manner. The client is prepared to offer the Asset Support Apprentice Competitive salary based on experience 39.5 hour working week, generally , Monday:Thursday and on Fridays Annual 10 bonus 25 days annual leave Company pension scheme Hybrid working As an Asset Support Apprentice, no specific experience will be required, however the following will be desirableExperience working within an administration roleExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities The ability to work independently and in a team environmentPrevious experience of building and developing strong customer relationshipsGood working knowledge of MS Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPointYou will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.Good communication skills to liaise with our customers and internal colleaguesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamTake pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standardA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA positive and can:do attitudeFlexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role A desire to be a brand ambassador You will be enlisted on the NVQ level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will be supported to complete this within 18 months of commencement.
