A well:established business is looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team. As Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include: : Preparing monthly accounts : overhead reporting in group formats, in line with group timelines and according to the relevant accounting standards. : Ensuring that supporting reconciliations and analysis are available for all balances in the trial balance. : Supporting on ad hoc requirements : Preparing VAT for multiple entities : Effectively working with a small team of finance professionals to deliver the requirements of the function. : Preparing weekly/monthly KPIs to effectively measure function performance. : Dealing with group finance/finance directors queries in a timely and efficient manner. : Working effectively with other departments to ensure highest levels of customer service are always delivered, including the establishment of SLAs. : Supporting ongoing continuous improvement in processes and technologies to drive efficiencies in financial accounting related activities. : Supporting the wider department function. We're looking for a Financial Accountant with the following: : Qualified Accountant with PQE. : Experience of working within a Financial Accounting function within an SSC environment : Knowledge of the built environment sector an advantage : Microsoft package i.e. Intermediate to Advanced Excel : Previous experience of accounting ERP software essential for this role as Financial Accountant, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
